If there is a book of which it could be said, "It covers it all" this is the one. It covers virtually everything involving women and the Criminal Justice system. Many of the topics are concerning women who have been subjected to various types of abuse including rape. But it makes a full swing around to emcompass women who work as law enforcement personnel and even those whose jobs are deeply seated within the field of criminal justice. I'd say it's a very eye opening text with tons of information! It's a good read!

This is simply a casebook pertaining to Employment Discrimination Law. The wide range and types of cases within this topic is an invaluable tool for the lawyer who deals with discrimination. The cases are cited, but not really broken down too well for the laymen to understand. However, for the lawyer this is a great tool and very useful member of the personal library.

This case book is simply invaluable. It is loaded with lots of interesting cases. EAch case is broken down and carefully, yet thoroughly analyzed. This is a great tool for helping the reader understand the full extent of proceedings as well as court rulings. The information in each case is dissected and terms are defined so that each step of each proceeding is completely understood. This is a great book for those who are contemplating a career in the field, as well as those who have years of experience.
