* Notice: I want to start by making it very clear here: This review is from the Kindle edition of the book! I have not read the print version and therefore cannot say much with confidence- particularly since I do know that many of the typos present in the Kindle edition are not present in the print edition. First this I will say is that this is not the first Virtual Sun product I have purchased. I also own their 1000W Metal Halide/HPS fixture (purchased here on amazon- I have the magnetic ballast version, I dont think I have written a review on it yet but I have commented on other peoples' reviews of that one). As well as a few other things. I have generally been very happy with Virtual sun products (specifically, their horticultural products). The price is hard to argue with and so far I have not had any problems with the others. I would consider myself an advancing novice cheese maker in that I have been making cheese for many years now, have made many different types of cheese several times (including more difficult ones), yet I feel I have a lot to learn yet before joining the elite ranks of advanced cheese makers. When I bought this book, I was under the asumption that it was targeted toward a beginner cheese maker. I have read all of the introductory material and glanced through nearly all recipes.
