Where's my product key?

If your game or software requires a product/activation key, you can find it in Your Games and Software Library. To view your product key, click "Show Product Keys."

How many times can I download my game or software?

You can download an unlimited number of times for personal use. To re-download, go to Your Games and Software Library and click the download button next to your game or software.

Can I download and install to multiple computers?

For games: Each game manufacturer has a different policy on how many installations are allowed with each product key. If you run out of installations for the product key you originally purchased from Amazon, please contact Customer Service. You can install an unlimited number of times for personal use, however you must purchase additional copies of the game for friends or family separately.

For software: Each software manufacturer has a different policy on how many installations are allowed. The user licensing agreement that comes with the software you purchased tells you how many installations and users are allowed with your purchase.

Do I need to install the Amazon Games & Software Downloader to complete my purchase?

The Amazon Games & Software Downloader is required for the purchase of casual games (e.g. arcade, hidden object, match). For core games and software, the Games & Software Downloader automatically launches and starts downloading your games or software.

Can I return Games and Software downloads after purchase?

As indicated in the Game & Software Downloads Service Terms of Use, Game and Software Downloads are not returnable and non-refundable after purchase. If you need assistance with a purchase or download, go to Buy a Game or Software or contact Customer Service.
